People learn in direct proportion to how much fun they are having.
  Whole Brain Learning

We use the term whole-brain or accelerated learning to define a style of learning environment that promotes learning at a faster rate, with higher assimilation and integration of information and an increased ability to retrieve and use information on demand. A primary goal of creating an accelerated learning context is to get people turned on to lifelong learning – which happens because of how much fun the learning process is.

At the EQ ADVANTAGE® all of our work, whether it be training programs, client consulting, or printed/digital curricula, is structured to stimulate and engage:

  • both the left and right sides of the brain.
  • a wide variety of learning styles.
  • the wholistic human being – physical, emotional, psychological, spiritual and interpersonal aspects.

To do this we pull from a tool kit of technologies that include:

  • Three Step Learning Model
  • experiential simulations
  • languaging and communication techniques
  • mental, tactile and emotional experiences
  • visualization and meditation
  • operating agreements
  • use of colour and visual imaging
  • mental, tactile and emotional experiences

At the EQ ADVANTAGE® our whole-brain environments focus on eliminating the fear- based barriers to learning and assisting participants to embrace a philosophy which holds that everything in life is intricately integrated, in constant motion (change), inevitably affected by the thoughts and actions each of us have.
